Message for Rob Hetherington.(I think thats you in the photo!) I'm correct re the feet and the throw in but I have checked out the 2 metres scenario. You made me think. Should be that the throw is retaken. Caution is not a 'given'. Ref decides if it disadvantaged the opposing team and cautions if deemed appropriate. Much as for failure to retreat at a free kick.
